The Joshua Abbott Organ and Tissue Donor Registry, named in honor of a courageous young man whose life was forever changed by a double lung transplant, aims to inspire Floridians to become organ, tissue, and eye donors. His journey and the generosity of his donor inspired the creation of this statewide registry in 2006, in partnership with Donate Life Florida.
